I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you so much for the wonderful
kitchenware service that your company provides! I've shopped at Sur La Table, Williams
Sonoma, etc. but I keep coming back to CooksPlus exactly because of that
extra step your company takes to be of service. Why I'm writing is to thank
you for putting together the paperwork for my extra gift from All-Clad Cookware after
my purchase (Order #6004). I was so surprised to find a copy of the
receipt, coupon and both UPC codes stapled together with an envelope WITH A
STAMP! Unbelievable! That level of service along with my Loyal Customer
discount will continue to make me a lifelong customer.
