Returns Policy |

We will accept returns, with a return authorization number, within 30 days of shipment, for a refund or exchange. Return shipment must have an RA number (RA#) printed on the outside of the box/packaging and a copy of your CooksPlus invoice enclosed. Call 843-689-9701 for RA#. CooksPlus will refuse any return without RA #. All merchandise returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, shipping and handling charges to the customer may be deducted from return credit, based on reason for return. We reserve the right to inspect merchandise for misuse and to determine whether repair, replacement or adjustment is necessary. Merchandise must be returned in its original box/packaging and in new and resalable condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges; return should be sent pre-paid. It is recommended that a traceable insurable method of transit be used, as CooksPlus will not assume responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged during transit. |
